Registration fees:

Registration fees for the Symposium include access to the scientific program, conference material, coffee, lunches and Gala dinner according to the program.

The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please, register early and pay by the deadline. 

At least one author per paper must register. Full registration is required for paper registration. N.B. Also students registering a paper, will register with full participation fee.

The infeasibility of travel and physical attendance has been the subject of several author inquiries; so, attending our conference virtually is an option, but it must be approved by the TCP. Authors who are interested in this option should mention it when submitting their papers.

(*) All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. For Moroccans, please settle the registration fees in the equivalent of Moroccan dirhams according to the current exchange rate.

(*) The order forms are not accepted as a payment mode.

(*) The registration fees do not cover the cost of accommodation, which must be borne by the participant.

Registration guidelines:

Ensure to mention ISIVC 2024 in the reference reason when making the payment.

Scan the bank Transaction receipt and upload it in the registration information section.

• Three-day in ISIVC conference.
• Access to all technical keynotes, sessions, workshops, panels, and exhibits.
• IEEE Conference Proceedings.
• Main lunch and two coffee breaks daily.
